Audition Requirements
******************************************
Members of Equity and ACTRA please note that as FRC
produces shows on a volunteer, recreational basis, we will not pay any
professional association fees, such as the fees stipulated by Equity’s Amateur
Guest Artist policy, under any circumstances whatsoever.
Please prepare 2 contrasting musical theatre songs, one
demonstrating character.
A piano will be provided, but no accompanist, so please
bring accompaniment on backing track (CD or iPod/iPhone/MP3 player) or bring
your own accompanist. *No a cappella.*
We are looking for a reed player and trombonist to be a
part of our cast on stage. Other instruments will be auditioned at a later
date, but the musicians we are looking for now will be playing while being a
part of the action on the stage!
Musicians please prepare one piece to stand and play.
All auditioners will need to stay for a choreography
audition.
