Synopsis
This play tells
Louisa May Alcott's classic awakening tale in a simple and yet effective
manner. Beautiful, amusing, and meaningful, this telling of the March sisters'
pivotal years on the verge of womanhood imparts cheer and hope for the goodness
of mankind.

Audition Requirements
Auditions will be held in a group session and will
consist of reading provided sides, and may have some cold reading. Please
contact Kayte Davies, at kayteparnell@yahoo.ca with your headshot & resume, specify the
date you will be attending, and to receive the sides.
Workshop Theatre is Calgary's longest running community
theatre organization. This volunteer-operated organization performs four main
stage productions during the year, all at Pumphouse Theatre. Workshop Theatre
produces some of the best community theatre in Calgary with past and present
hits from New York, London and Canadian stages, as well as new works by local
playwrights using non-equity performers and backstage crews from the Calgary
area.
Workshop Theatre is committed to providing local theatre
enthusiasts an opportunity to develop and master their performance and
stagecraft skills.
