Imagine Theatre is holding AUDITIONS for our upcoming production of
THE MAGICIAN'S NEPHEW - from the well loved book series by C. S. Lewis,"The Chronicles of Narnia".
- In person auditions will be held on Dec. 3 and 10 by appointment.
- Video submissions will also be accepted.
- Actors, please email a current head shot, acting resume, and a brief writeup about yourself and how you would like to be involved in the telling of this story.

- Candidates will be contacted by email to book an audition time. We welcome submissions from all ages and demographics to be part of our lead and ensemble cast. See below for character breakdowns.
- Imagine welcomes volunteers in all areas of production/tech team, and specifically looking for a production coordinator, ASM and/or SM, and media + marketing specialist.
- We strongly recommend that all audition candidates are well acquainted with the original novel from cover to cover, and the full series by C. S. Lewis for future continuity.
- REHEARSALS will run Jan. 7 to March 9 on Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings, some Friday evenings may be required. Rehearsal locations will be in Midnapore SE and Inglewood SE. Cast members will need a reliable transportation plan.
- Tech week begins March 10, with show dates from March 15-23.
- All performances at the Lantern Church - 1401, 10th Ave. SE.
CHARACTER BREAKDOWN
DIGORY - a young boy. Will consider ages 10-20. Lead role.
POLLY - a young girl. Will consider ages 10-20. Lead role.
UNCLE ANDREW - a creepy, narcissistic, self-made magician. 40+.
AUNT LETTY - a no-nonsense, practical British aunty.
JADIS - a powerful, beautiful enchantress from another world.
ENSEMBLE - physically agile, creative dance/movement, character voicing and improv skills. Puppetry, mask experience is highly desirable.
All positions for this production are arranged on a volunteer, unpaid basis. Thank you for your understanding.
