Good afternoon,
Haunted Calgary (www.hauntedcalgary.com)
is Calgary's largest haunted attraction, marking its 23rd year with Haunted
Calgary: Outbreak, a zombie apocalypse.
Haunted Calgary is run entirely by volunteers, and benefits two Calgary
charities- Oops-a-Dazy Rescue and Sanctuary Society and the Calgary Interfaith
Food Bank. About 500 man power hours go
in to setting it up and about 7000 people come out to see it every year.
There are still spots left for volunteer actors! No experience is necessary, although we do
have some roles that improv experience is an asset for. We are looking for zombies, victims, and
zombie hunting guides (the guides are ideal for experienced actors since they
need to stay in character for about 20 minutes while leading each group
through). If you're interested in
acting, please email me for more information.
We are open for full scares October 27, 28, and 31 from
6-10pm. We will also be open for low
scares October 28 from 2-5pm and October 29 from 6-8pm.
You can commit to as little as one date, but of course
you are welcome for as many as you'd like.
The haunt is located at 222 Rocky Ridge Bay NW
If you aren't able to act this year, I encourage you to
come check out it out just for fun.
