Nose Creek Players (Airdrie) will be performing an
original, Drowning Ophelia. This one-act, bookended by scenes from Hamlet
explores the types of abuse ¨C emotional, mental, and physical.

Tracy/Gertrude: Female (any age)
Liz: Female (any age)
Chuck/Claudius: Male (late 20¡äs to early 40¡äs)
Eric: Male (late 20¡äs to early 40¡äs)
Cora/Laertes: Female (30¡äs)
Matt/Hamlet: Male (30¡äs)
Actors must prepare a Shakespearean and contemporary
monologue, as well as prepare for a cold read.
Auditions will be in the Vincent Room of Airdrie City
Hall on Thursday, January 24 from 6:30pm-9:00pm.
