Got a song you just need to get out and no show to sing
it in? Well it’s that time again, Front Row Centre is holding our annual season
announcement gala and we’d like you to take part!
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bring your favourite musical theatre piece or two
(preferably an upbeat and a downbeat song), give it your own special pizzazz,
and we’ll see if it’s a good fit for the show. We are interested in solo
numbers, and particularly duets and group numbers, so bring some friends!
Our theme for the Gala is Good and Evil. So you are
welcome to tailor your selections to this theme (i.e. good, evil, good vs.
evil, etc), but we are also open to selections that do not fit the theme.
You must provide sheet music for your piece in advance to
our accompanist, Jenn, by dropping it off at the Box Office at Beddington
Heights Community Arts Centre or e-mailing a scanned copy to jennbrownclarke@frontrowcentre.ca.
No backing tracks or A Capella, as all performances will be accompanied by a
small band at the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Members of Equity and ACTRA please note that
as FRC produces shows on a volunteer, recreational basis, we will not pay any
professional association fees, such as the fees stipulated by Equity’s Amateur
Guest Artist policy, under any circumstances whatsoever.
