FRC is opening a limited number of slots to audition for
The Who's Tommy on Saturday September 19th starting at 1pm.
We are particularly interested in seeing more men in the
30-49 age group (but others are not excluded), and hope we can convince you or
someone you may know someone to come out and see us.
There's a saying "Don't judge a musical by it's
movie", and it's particularly apt in the case of Tommy - the movie is a
bit of an odd 70s beast, and although there are a lot of the same elements, we
believe the stage show presents a stronger story that connects with more
people.
Also, due to the episodic nature of the show with some of
these men's roles we may be able to work around conflicts better than we
usually are, so please come discuss your potential conflicts rather than
assuming that it's not possible!
This is going to be an "Amazing Journey", so
please come out and give it a try!
