only have the added Saturday audition slots available. Auditions are on a first
come, first served basis, with priority being given to Men due to the high
volume of female auditioners.

one with you to your audition) The role(s) you are interested in auditioning
for and, A preferred date and approximate time that you wish to audition (10
minute time slots) and if you are available for callbacks on the 18th.
You will receive an email with a time and the location of
the audition.

volunteer based company.
Under no circumstances do we pay our actors. However, if
you are Equity or ACTRA and interested in auditioning please send us an email

Please prepare one song from the show and one song of
your own that best shows your ability and range. Please bring sheet music with
you as an accompanist will be provided.
CINDERELLA A young, earnest maiden who is constantly
mistreated by her stepmother and stepsisters. Female, 20-30 yrs old
Range: G3 - G5 SONG: STEPS OF THE PALACE
CINDERELLA'S MOTHER* Deceased with her soul guarding and
aiding her daughter from a tree.
Female, 40-55 yrs old

CINDERELLA'S PRINCE Vain and gorgeous, he is a disloyal
lover who is currently searching for the next new, exciting thing.
Male, 30-40 yrs old

CINDERELLA'S STEPMOTHER The mean-spirited, demanding
stepmother of Cinderella.
Female, 40-50 yrs old

FLORINDA and LUCINDA Cinderella's stepsisters who are
black of heart. They follow in their mother's footsteps of abusing Cinderella.

JACK The feckless Giant killer who is 'almost a man.' He
is adventurous, naive, energetic, and bright-eyed.

JACK'S MOTHER Browbeating and weary, Jack's protective
mother who is independent, bold, and strong-willed.

LITTLE RED RIDINGHOOD A spoiled young girl who is
strong-willed, quick-wited, fearless, yet youthful and naive.

MYSTERIOUS MAN* A mischievous vagrant and nosy meddler.
He is a good-natured protector and observer.

helps to orchestrate the show and illustrate lessons to the audience.

RAPUNZEL A loopy-but-lovely maiden who is sheltered by
the Witch and terribly lonely. She yearns to experience the world.

RAPUNZEL'S PRINCE* Just as vain and gorgeous as his
Prince brother, he is always chasing the newest, most exiting endeavor.

THE BAKER A harried and insecure baker who is simple and
loving, yet protective of his family. He wants his wife to be happy and is
willing to do anything to ensure her happiness but refuses to let others fight
his battles.

THE BAKER'S WIFE Determined and bright woman who wishes
to be a mother. She leads a simple, yet satisfying life and is very
low-maintenance yet proactive in her endeavors.

THE WITCH Sarcastic, ugly-then-gorgeous, obsessive
protector of Rapunzel who is straightforward and aggressive.

WOLF* Hungry and insatiable hunter who takes advantage of
the weak by misleading and captivating his prey.

2 FACILITATORS Two dancers who “facilitate” the magic of
the show. They can not be seen by anyone in the cast, but the Witch.
